Omni Associates – Architects was engaged by the City of Martinsburg to solve the City’s challenge of finding a permanent home for their growing Stormwater Utility that was currently being housed in space within the Martinsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant.

After several planning and programming sessions, Martinsburg’s leadership decided the best option available to them was to expand the Martinsburg Public Works Department facility to create a modern centralized workspace for the City’s Street, Sanitation and Stormwater Departments.

The expansion not only gave these departments an updated and upgraded permanent location, but also freed up valuable space at the Wastewater Treatment Plant when Stormwater vacated that facility for the new space on Boston Street.
