Omni has been providing architectural design services to Lexington, Kentucky based affordable housing developer AU Associates for over a decade.

Our latest collaboration with AU was especially meaningful to Omni. Loganwood Apartments created 33 affordable, family apartments with a preference for housing income eligible veterans. These 33 one- and two-bedroom apartments create safe, high quality affordable housing in downtown Logan (WV) in proximity to an abundance of services and amenities.

Utilizing tax credits awarded by the West Virginia Housing Development Fund and the equity provided by Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Loganwood Apartments is a model of how both the creation affordable housing and the determination of a community can help secure a better future for the citizens of Logan County.

The new four story wood framed apartment building is approximately 34,000 SF and contains 23 one bedroom units and 10 two bedroom units and common space.
