Grand Vue Park Treetop Villas offer a unique lodging experience surrounded by the natural landscape of Marshall County, West Virginia. OMNI Associates – Architects provided full architectural, engineering, and design services for the project.

Grand Vue Park spans more than 650 acres with expansive views toward the Ohio River Valley. Park leaders wanted to build on the property’s natural setting while creating new opportunities for recreation and overnight stays.

OMNI’s work began with a master planning and feasibility study for the existing park. The study identified opportunities to strengthen Grand Vue Park as both a family getaway and a destination for outdoor adventure.

As a result of the study, the park moved forward with two major initiatives. These included an expansion of the high-adventure activity area and the addition of new treehouse-style cabins along the ridgeline.

OMNI provided architectural and interior design for the Treetop Villas. The design places the cabins among the trees to take advantage of the surrounding landscape and elevated views.

Inside, the villas combine the experience of staying among the trees with the comforts of a modern cabin. Each includes a full kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a hot tub.
