Omni Associates – Architects was selected through a competitive process to work with the Town to plan, design and construct a new Municipal and Public Safety Building for the citizens and businesses of White Hall.

In addition to providing design services, Omni provided site selection services and Omni’s experience in project development and financing proved to be critical in the early stages of the project. Omni developed the strategy for acquiring the project site by reactivating the Town’s Building Commission, brought in Bond Counsel and a Bond Underwriting team that assisted in the implementation of a Sales Tax Ordinance that would provide the necessary revenue to issue bonds for the property acquisition, renovation and adaptive reuse of the former State Farm Claim Processing Center.

The renovated portion of the facility houses the Town’s administrative offices, Council Chambers, and Municipal Courtroom. Two additions were designed for the existing building to accommodate the Police Department and a 4-stall apparatus bay was constructed for use by the Pleasant Valley Fire Department and the Marion County Rescue Squad, who also occupy space in the renovated portion of the building for their administrative offices and Day Room.

A separate 4-stall pre-engineered metal building with workshop area and office space was constructed for the Town’s Public Works Department.
