Mountaineer Medical Office Building is a four story, 51,000 square foot structure designed specifically for medical provider tenants.  It is a steel frame structure with a combinations of brick veneer, insulated metal panels, aluminum store front windows and includes a portico share for patient drop off.  The building features two passenger elevators for quick and efficient movement of patients.  The tenant space is design with numerous “Wet Columns” throughout the space to allow for the vast array of plumbing needs required for medical office fit-out.
